Jack McIntosh competed professionally in strongman from 2010 to 2016. He finished 8th at the 2012 World’s Strongest Man and reached the finals again in 2014, placing 10th. McIntosh deadlifted 400kg at the 2013 Giants Live–Manchester and set a personal best log press of 180kg at the 2015 UK’s Strongest Man. He was particularly known for his speed and consistency in the atlas stones, winning that event at the 2014 Britain’s Strongest Man.
