Active in strongman from 2017 to 2023, Ben Brunning competed at the highest levels internationally. He finished 10th at World’s Strongest Man 2020 and 7th in 2022. Brunning deadlifted 425kg at the 2021 Giants Live World Open and set a personal best log press of 200kg at the 2022 Britain’s Strongest Man. He won the 2021 UK’s Strongest Man and is known for his consistent top-three finishes in the atlas stones event.
