Active in strongman competitions from 2006 to 2012, Stoyan Todorchev competed at the highest international level. He placed 8th at the 2007 World’s Strongest Man and 10th in 2009. Todorchev deadlifted 400 kg at the 2009 Europe’s Strongest Man, where he also finished as runner-up. He won the 2009 Strongman Champions League in Serbia and was known for his strength in the truck pull and atlas stones events.
