Active in strongman from 2016 to 2022, Andreas Altmann competed at the highest international level. He finished 10th at World’s Strongest Man 2018 and 7th in 2020. Altmann deadlifted 425kg at the 2019 Arnold Classic Europe and set a personal best log press of 202.5kg at Germany’s Strongest Man 2021, where he also took first place. He was particularly known for his speed and consistency in the atlas stones, regularly posting top event times at major competitions.
