Active in strongman competitions from 2017 to 2023, Alex Moonen consistently competed at the international level. He placed 10th at the 2020 World’s Strongest Man and 13th in the 2022 edition. Moonen set a personal best deadlift of 420kg at the 2021 Strongman Champions League Holland and won the 2019 Strongman Champions League Finland. He is particularly known for his performance in the truck pull event, where he completed a 12-ton pull in 36 seconds at the 2022 SCL Serbia.
