Active in strongman competitions from 2004 to 2012, Sławomir Orzeł represented Poland at multiple international events. He finished 10th at the 2007 World’s Strongest Man and placed 13th in the 2008 edition. Orzeł set a personal best deadlift of 400kg at the 2009 Poland Strongest Man finals and won the 2006 Poland’s Strongest Man title. He was particularly known for his performance in the atlas stones, completing a 5-stone run (120–180kg) in 23 seconds at the 2008 Poland Grand Prix.
