Zake Muluzi, nicknamed “The Malawian Monster,” is a strongman competitor from Malawi who represented Great Britain at the 2019 World’s Strongest Man competition in Bradenton, Florida, where he placed 5th in his qualifying heat and was eliminated in the group stages. His best international result was finishing 5th at a Strongman Champions League competition in Finland in 2019. At the national level, his best achievement was finishing as runner-up at Scotland’s Strongest Man in 2022. He also won the John O’Groats Strongest Man competition in 2021, defeating Orkney’s Calum Elder.
