Bryan Benzel is an American professional strongman competitor, born on April 11, 1987. He transitioned into strongman after playing college football at the University of Nebraska. Benzel’s strongman career spanned from 2015 to 2019 and competed in the World’s Strongest Man (WSM) contests in 2016, 2017, and 2018, achieving his best result in 2016 by finishing fourth in his qualifying group. Additionally, he secured a fourth-place finish at the 2018 Giants Live North American Open.
