Dennis Kohlruss who earned the nickname “The Rammer” for his formidable presence and strength. Standing at 6’4″ (1.93 m) and weighing approximately 172 kg (379 lbs), he has won Germany’s Strongest Man four times, securing the title consecutively from 2021 through 2024. Kohlruss has made significant strides in international competitions, including the Strongman Champions League (SCL), where he achieved victories at the 2020 World Record Breakers event and the 2021 Megatron competition. He also represented Germany at the 2018 World’s Strongest Man contest in Manila, finishing sixth in his qualifying group.
