Active in strongman from 2004 to 2012, Florian Trimpl competed internationally and was a finalist at major events. He placed 10th at the 2007 World’s Strongest Man and 12th at the 2008 edition. Trimpl deadlifted 380kg at the 2008 Germany’s Strongest Man and won the 2009 Germany’s Strongest Man title. He was known for his strong performances in the truck pull and atlas stones events.
