István Árvai

István Árvai competed professionally in strongman from 2017 to 2022. He finished 10th at the 2019 World’s Strongest Man and 13th in the 2021 edition. Árvai deadlifted 425kg at the 2020 Arnold Classic Europe and set a personal best log press of 200kg at Hungary’s Strongest Man 2019, where he also took first place. He is known for his strong performances in the atlas stones, notably completing a 5-stone run (120–180kg) in 23 seconds at the 2021 Strongman Champions League.
