Jaco Schoonwinkel is a South African professional strongman who began training in 2019 and quickly rose through the ranks. He won South Africa’s Strongest Man in 2022 and placed second at the 2022 Official Strongman Games. In 2023, he made his World’s Strongest Man debut, reaching the finals but withdrawing due to a knee injury. After ACL surgery, he returned to competition in 2024, placing third in his group at the World’s Strongest Man.
