Active in strongman from 2016 to 2023, Lloyd Renals competed at the highest international level. He finished 7th at World’s Strongest Man 2020 and 10th in 2022. Renals deadlifted 435kg at the 2021 Giants Live Wembley and set a log press record of 202kg at the 2019 Britain’s Strongest Man. He won the 2020 UK’s Strongest Man and was known for consistently fast atlas stone runs in major finals.
