Mika Törrö is a Finnish strongman nicknamed “El Toro” who holds the record for the most Finland’s Strongest Man wins with five titles. He competed in the 2022 World’s Strongest Man, finishing 5th place in Group 3. His best international achievements include consecutive bronze medals at the World’s Strongest Viking competition in 2019 and 2020, and winning the 2021 Imatra Strongman Showdown. Törrö set a world record in the Hercules Hold with 48.89 seconds at 300 kilograms. He has been active in strongman from 2017-2024.
