Pa (Patrick) O’Dwyer is an Irish strongman from County Limerick who has won Ireland’s Strongest Man a record 5 times and became the first Irishman to win UK’s Strongest Man in 2018. He placed 3rd at the 2017 UK’s Strongest Man before winning the title the following year in St Albans. O’Dwyer has competed at the World’s Strongest Man twice – in 2020 where he finished 4th in Group 1, and in 2023 where he placed 5th in Group 1, both times failing to advance to the finals.
