Active in strongman from 2016 to 2023, Tarik El Hamiti competed at the highest international level. He finished 10th at World’s Strongest Man 2018 and 7th in 2020. El Hamiti deadlifted 425kg at the 2021 Giants Live World Open and won the 2019 Morocco’s Strongest Man title. He is known for his exceptional performance in the log press, setting a personal best of 200kg at the 2022 Arnold Africa.
