Active in strongman from 2009 to 2017, Tomasz Kowal competed in both national and international events. He finished 10th at the 2014 World’s Strongest Man and 13th in 2016. Kowal deadlifted 400 kg at the 2015 Arnold Europe and won Poland’s Strongest Man in 2013. He was especially known for his speed in the loading race and strong performances in the log lift, pressing 190 kg at the 2016 SCL Poland.
