Active in strongman competitions since 2017, Konrad Karwat has established himself with consistent international appearances. He finished 10th at the 2022 World’s Strongest Man and 13th in 2023. Karwat deadlifted 425kg at the 2021 Arnold Europe and set a personal best log press of 200kg at the 2022 Poland’s Strongest Man, where he finished second. He is particularly known for his speed and consistency in the loading race events.
