Active in strongman competition since 2017, Stefán Karel Torfason has represented Iceland at multiple international events. He finished 5th at the 2022 World’s Strongest Man and 10th in 2023. Torfason deadlifted 430kg at the 2022 Iceland’s Strongest Man, where he also set a national log lift record with 200kg. He won Iceland’s Strongest Man titles in both 2021 and 2022, and is particularly known for his speed in the atlas stones.
