Active in strongman from 2016 to 2023, Robert Cyrwus competed at the highest international level. He finished 10th at World’s Strongest Man 2019 and 13th in 2022. Cyrwus deadlifted 425kg at the 2021 Arnold Europe and set a personal best log press of 202kg at the 2020 Poland Strongest Man. He won the 2019 Central Europe Strongest Man and was known for his speed in the atlas stones, completing a 5-stone run (120–180kg) in 21.4 seconds at the 2022 Giants Live Poland.
