Adam Bishop is a British professional strongman from Sawbridgeworth, England, and a two-time winner of Britain’s Strongest Man (2020, 2023). A former professional rugby player and strength coach for Harlequins Rugby Club, he transitioned to full-time strongman competition in 2021. Bishop has reached the World’s Strongest Man finals three times, with his best finish being sixth place in 2020.
