Paul Smith is an English strongman from Oldham, Greater Manchester, and a 3-time UK’s Strongest Man champion who won the title in 2022 and successfully defended it in 2023 and 2024. He won the Ultimate Strongman Junior World Championships in 2017 held in Canada and participated in his first UK’s Strongest Man competition the same year where he placed 5th. Smith has competed at the World’s Strongest Man twice – first in 2018 in Manila, Philippines where he finished 5th in Group 2, and again in 2023 where he placed 4th in Group 5, both times failing to advance to the finals.
