Derek DeVaughan is an American professional strongman competitor and coach from Martinsville, Indiana. Standing at 6’5″ (1.96 m) and weighing approximately 328 lbs (149 kg), he competed professionally from 2011 to 2017, participating in two World’s Strongest Man (WSM) contests (2016 and 2017), where he placed fifth in his qualifying groups. Notably, he secured third place at the 2016 Giants Live North American Open and achieved a personal best log lift of 165 kg (364 lbs) during that event.
