Eddie Hall, known as “The Beast,” is a British retired strongman, media personality, and mixed martial artist. He gained prominence in the strongman circuit, notably becoming the first person to deadlift 500 kg (1,102 lbs) under strongman rules in 2016. In 2017, Hall achieved his pinnacle by winning the World’s Strongest Man competition, marking the first British victory since 1993. Following this triumph, he retired from professional strongman competitions to focus on his health and explore other ventures.
