Active in strongman competitions from 2017 to 2023, Frédérick Rhéaume competed at the international level, including multiple World’s Strongest Man appearances. He finished 10th at World’s Strongest Man 2021 and 13th in 2022. Rhéaume set a personal best deadlift of 420 kg at the 2022 Canada’s Strongest Man, where he also won the log press event with a 185 kg lift. He is particularly known for his speed and consistency in the atlas stones, winning that event at the 2021 North America’s Strongest Man.
