Active in strongman from 1999 to 2009, Mariusz Pudzianowski won the World’s Strongest Man title five times (2002, 2003, 2005, 2007, 2008) and placed second in 2006 and 2009. He set a world record in the 2005 WSM by lifting five atlas stones (100–180 kg) in 18.36 seconds. At the 2004 Poland’s Strongest Man, he deadlifted 415 kg and completed a 320 kg squat for reps. Pudzianowski was especially known for dominating the Farmer’s Walk and Atlas Stones events throughout his career.
