Active in strongman from 2016 to 2023, Mike Caruso competed at the highest international level. He finished 10th at World’s Strongest Man 2019 and 7th in 2022. Caruso deadlifted 430kg at the 2021 Arnold Strongman Classic and set a personal best log press of 202kg at the 2020 Giants Live Finals. He won the 2022 North American Open and was known for his speed and consistency in the atlas stones event.
