Active in strongman from 2017 to 2023, Paul Vaillancourt competed at the highest international level. He finished 10th at World’s Strongest Man 2020 and 13th in 2022. Vaillancourt deadlifted 425kg at the 2021 Giants Live World Open and set a Canadian log press record with 192.5kg at the 2019 Canada’s Strongest Man. He won Canada’s Strongest Man in both 2019 and 2021, and is known for his speed in the atlas stones.
