Tristain Hoath is a Canadian strongman and Edmonton police officer with Saskatoon roots who placed 5th at the 2024 World’s Strongest Man competition. Beginning his strongman journey in 2018 after playing professional football, Hoath quickly rose through the ranks, earning his Canadian pro status in 2019 and achieving notable wins including the 2023 Magnus Classic in Iceland and the 2024 SCL Martinique. He’s also a co-owner of United Strength and Power gym in Edmonton, Alberta, where he trains under the coaching of JF Caron.
