Rob Kearney

Rob Kearney is a retired American professional strongman, celebrated for his exceptional pound-for-pound strength and for being the first openly gay athlete to compete at the sport’s highest level. Standing at 5’10” and weighing around 300 pounds, Kearney defied expectations in a field dominated by larger competitors. His career highlights include victories at the 2017 Giants Live North American Open and the 2019 Arnold International World Series Australia. He also set multiple American log lift records, with a competition best of 476 lbs (216 kg) in 2020.
