Spenser Remick is an American professional strongman from Iowa who is a former collegiate football player at Central College. He officially earned his ASC Pro Strongman card in 2015 and has been competing on the professional scene since then. Remick made his World’s Strongest Man debut in 2023 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, as one of six rookies, competing in Group 3 where he finished 5th in his heat, failing to advance to the finals. His breakthrough came in November 2022 when he won the Official Strongman Games Open title in Daytona Beach, Florida.
