Øyvind Rein has competed professionally in strongman since 2016. He finished 10th at World’s Strongest Man 2018 and 7th in 2020. Rein deadlifted 425kg at the 2019 Giants Live Wembley and set a Norwegian log lift record with 192.5kg at Norway’s Strongest Man 2021, which he also won. He is known for his speed and consistency in the atlas stones, regularly placing first in this event at national competitions.
